The ultimate goal is to work with each customer to attain the goals and objectives they identified within his/her customized service plan. Below are the 5 key goals addressed in the plan:
- Weekly hours
- Pay rate
- Independence level
- Successful transportation
- Desired community activity hours
It is our mission to work together with each customer toward his/her identified goals. It may take a matter of weeks, months, or years; but we will continue to assist each customer for as long as it takes. In many cases this means assisting with career advancement, pay increases, and/or transportation training that will ultimately increase independence and self-sufficiency.
